Reviewers describe tidy, on-time aircon servicing with a 5 star average across 20 Google reviews. Most praise the crews for being thorough and easy to deal with. Review text is limited to 15 recent reviews, so this picture is partial.
Tong Lim Refrigerator & Air Conditioning Co holds a 4.7 rating across 24 Google reviews. Most reviewers praise their servicing and installs. Review text is limited, and the one critical review is older and describes a repair that dragged on.
Only three Google reviews exist, so evidence is thin. One reviewer praised a technician for a cheap wiring fix. A one-star review from three years ago reported poor communication.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Reviewers say technicians show up on time, explain what they find, and work thoroughly. Many point to quick diagnosis of leaks, weak cooling, and gas problems. Several say the team cleaned up after the job and kept furniture protected. The newest reviews mention named staff, including Wei Ming, Alvin, Mr Cheng and Brandon, and a Sunday visit made at short notice. One reviewer praised advice to skip a chemical wash. Recent reviews raise no complaints.
Customers who write in the last year describe steady, honest work. Reviewers say the team arrives on time, does thorough cleaning, and does not push extra jobs. Many have used them for years, some for a decade or more. Andrew and Dinesh come up most often by name. Reviewers mention service reminders, a simple online booking system, and a clean finish. One customer said the technician fixed a leaking shower hose during a servicing visit, unasked.
Recent reviewers praise sales staff who explain aircon options clearly and recommend models that fit the buyer's needs. Jeffrey Yung and Eugene Chan are named most often. Reviews are short, and none of the recent ones raise a complaint.
Reviewers keep returning to the same points: the team explains problems plainly, quotes fairly, and skips upselling. Many say repairs finish quickly, often within a few hours or the same day. One older one-star review raised overcharging, but newer reviews do not repeat it. The workshop handles coolant flushes, AC servicing, battery swaps, and engine and suspension problems. Named technicians Jet and Arvind come up often, with Jet praised for fast callouts and Arvind for careful diagnosis. Waiting lounge and photo updates are mentioned too.

Recent reviews are uniformly positive, with customers praising quick, tidy visits and clear explanations. Several reviewers name technicians JK, Habib and Wilson. Reviewers say the team solved leaks the same or next day. Reviewers describe chemical overhauls and full cleaning, including reviewers who said the team showed them why the external compressor needed cleaning. One reviewer said the team offered helpful advice on gas top-ups and servicing. Most reviews call the pricing fair.
