Reviewers keep returning to the same points: the team explains problems plainly, quotes fairly, and skips upselling. Many say repairs finish quickly, often within a few hours or the same day. One older one-star review raised overcharging, but newer reviews do not repeat it.
The workshop handles coolant flushes, AC servicing, battery swaps, and engine and suspension problems. Named technicians Jet and Arvind come up often, with Jet praised for fast callouts and Arvind for careful diagnosis. Waiting lounge and photo updates are mentioned too.
