About this directory

What this directory is

Yishun Air Conditioning Contractor Guide is an independent directory and comparison resource. We also generate enquiries for local providers: when you ask to be matched, we pass your enquiry to a relevant provider and may receive a referral fee. Referral arrangements never affect scores or earned rankings.

It is for anyone in Yishun who needs an air conditioning contractor and wants to compare the 117 listed businesses before calling anyone. That might be a servicing job, a repair, or a new install.

Who publishes it

The directory is published by SG Heartland Guides, which has operated since 2026. We publish independent directories for everyday home services in Singapore, and this one covers air conditioning contractors in Yishun. The rankings are maintained by Jacky Lee, Editor, who oversees the editorial side of this directory.

How listings get here

We pull public business information and synthesise recent Google reviews into a short summary of what customers say. We do not republish review text. Where you want to read the original reviews, we link out to Google.

Every listing is built from that published review data and public business details.

How rankings work

Rankings are earned from a published scoring rubric and data only. Nobody can buy a higher position. You can read the full scoring method on the methodology page.

How sponsorship works

Some listings may carry a paid placement. When they do, it is clearly labelled “Sponsored” and shown separately from the earned results. No payment changes a score, a sentiment summary, or an earned ranking.

What businesses can and cannot change

A listed business can ask us to correct its own facts, such as a phone number, address, or opening hours. A business can never edit its own score, sentiment, or ranking. Those come from the rubric and the data, not from the business.

How fresh the data is

We refresh the data monthly. Each listing shows a “last verified” stamp, so you can see when it was last checked.
