Corrections, disputes and removals for Yishun aircon listings

The Yishun Air Conditioning Contractor Guide lists air conditioning contractors in Yishun. Each listing is built from publicly available business information. Scores and review summaries are computed from public Google reviews using one published rubric, applied the same way to every business. Being listed costs nothing. Payment cannot change a score or a ranking, and no one can buy a better position here. This page explains how to fix a factual detail, challenge the data behind a listing, or ask for a listing to come down. The complete rubric is public: scoring method.

Fixing factual details

If your name, address, phone number, website, opening hours or listed services are wrong, tell us the correct value and point us to something we can check it against, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we confirm it, we fix the listing. Corrections you have had applied stay in place through future data refreshes.

Disputing a score or review summary

Scores are never edited by hand, so a dispute has to be about the input data. Useful grounds include a profile matched to the wrong business, reviews credited to the wrong company, or a review summary that misstates what reviewers actually wrote. We re-check the sources and regenerate the listing if the data was wrong. A dispute is not a request for a higher number. If the data is correct, the score stays as it is.

Requesting removal

We remove a listing when the business has permanently closed, when it is a duplicate of another listing, or when it falls outside this directory's scope. Our monthly re-verification cycle also finds closed businesses and removes them without a request. If your business is open, accurate and in scope, we may decline a removal request. When we do, we tell you why.
