The differences that matter
- Price transparency. Heng publishes a $60 diagnostic check, while LM Brothers publishes a price list on its website, so you can check costs up front with either, in different forms.
- Home or commercial. LM Brothers lists work across commercial and home units, which suits an install covering several units or a shop, while Heng's data points mainly to home servicing and repairs.
- Explaining the work. Heng's technicians (JK, Habib, Wilson) show you why a unit needs attention, such as the external compressor, and LM Brothers' Selvan and Ravi are praised for patiently explaining faults.
- Speed of response. Heng reviewers mention same-day or next-day fixes for leaks, and LM Brothers reviewers highlight on-time work and tidying up afterwards.
