Most recent reviews praise prompt visits, friendly staff, and clear explanations of what the unit needs. Several long-term clients say they have used the firm for about 10 years. One customer called the firm's extra services overpriced after a general service bill rose sharply. Recent jobs cover servicing, gas top-ups, a same-day repair diagnosis, and a two-unit replacement installed on the day of the visit.
