One four-star review describes a rescheduled visit, which the company handled by offering after-hours work and a discount. Several reviewers say the jet wash made their units run better, with better airflow and cooler output. One long-time customer says the company has maintained a 13-year-old unit for nearly three years. Repair work also comes up, including a fan coil motor replacement and a chemical overhaul on a Panasonic unit.
