Reviewers keep coming back to the same points: technicians who are polite and direct, and fixes that hold up. Customers often name Hasan and Akon, who handle repairs and servicing. Many say the charges feel fair and that the team answers quickly.
Recent reviews cover leaks, drain blockages and servicing for both homes and offices. One reviewer says the team stayed about three hours to work through a stubborn leak. Another describes a unit replacement offered at a discount after a first repair did not work.
Nine Google reviews all give five stars, so the evidence is limited. Reviewers mention reasonable prices, quick response, and skilled technicians who explain what a unit needs. Most reviews are from the past two years.
Recent reviewers keep coming back to speed and clear talk. Technicians explain what is wrong, do the work on time, and tidy up afterwards. Several say they will book again for the next service. Named technicians Selvan and Ravi appear in many of the newest reviews. People praise their patience in explaining faults and their habit of disassembling units to clean them. Recent work covers chemical overhauls, noisy units, and routine servicing across multiple units.
Most recent reviewers describe technicians who are professional, patient, and clear about what they find. Many say the servicing is thorough and the unit runs cooler afterwards. Several praise fast responses, including same-day visits for water leaks when the schedule was full. One 1-star review from two months ago says the team pushed a chemical wash before real troubleshooting and charged extra for a part. Other reviews from the same period are positive, so weigh that one against the rest.
