A chemical overhaul is a deep aircon cleaning in which the technician dismantles the indoor unit, or the parts of it, and washes the coil, fan, and drain components with specialist cleaning agents. It goes further than a routine service that cleans only the exposed filters and surfaces.
A chemical overhaul is a deeper form of air conditioner cleaning. The technician takes the indoor unit apart, removes the parts that trap dirt, and cleans them with chemical solutions and high-pressure water. The work reaches the evaporator coil, blower fan, and drain tray, areas that a basic service cannot properly reach without opening the casing.
